To see if an event requires pre-registration click on the event name - wherever it is displayed - to go to the event details page. On that page there will be a "Register" button if pre-registration is required (also, there will be an indication of the price to attend). Pre-registration may be required for some events because of limited capacity or for planning purposes. An event that does not have an registration requirement will not have a "register" button. Some events require a "Ticket" to attend, in which case the button will say "Buy Tickets" (note that these are not real tickets but more like e-tickets). |

What is the Acteva Calendar?
The Acteva Calendar is a module of the Acteva A3 product suite and is available to all Acteva A3 customers. The Acteva A3 product suite is used to dynamically manage an organization's events, donations, memberships, for member and community management, (optionally) training & education class management, and for managing online payments. The Acteva A3 system automatically publishes all "public" events to the calendar. Acteva Calendar customers can have any number of sub-calendars (i.e. "Other Calendars") for different uses, different departments, categories etc. The Acteva Calendar can be branded so that it matches your website. It can be as simple as a 'set and forget' type of setup or it can be as dynamic as needed. Simple event pages are automatically published and can be linked from anywhere; event pages can be (optionally) configred to contain rich content such as the attendee list and attendee profiles, comments, photos, videos, and other types of information such as announcements, information regarding exhibitors and sponsors, Twitter feeds, and more.
